From April 1, 2019 to September 30, 2021, LavaVision implemented a project entitled: “Smart Coding – Development of interactive modules and methodology for teaching algorithmics on the interactive floor using augmented reality techniques”, which received funding under the Regional Operational Program of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship for 2014- 2020, Priority Axis 1 Knowledge economy, Measure 1.2 Research and innovation in enterprises, Sub-measure 1.2.1 Research and development projects of enterprises, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
The aim of the project is to develop a modern methodology for teaching children to programming in preschool, early school and school age with the use of a multifunctional interactive floor controlled by movement and light markers created by LavaVision.
The planned effect of the project is a set of interactive modules and teaching methodologies that will support the programming education process using various forms of interaction and the augmented reality mode on the interactive floor.
